Our inaugural New Chaplains' Retreat will have high profile speakers and applicable and robust training for new chaplains so that they have solid grounding on religious liberty and conduct issues.  Our objective is that all chaplains are proactively equipped to deal with emerging or "hot" religious liberty topics.
